Roots and Recipes Project

The food I will be describing in my project is Paella. During special holidays such as Christmas or Thanksgiving my mom & my grandma team up to make this special food. The food has a distinct flavor to it. The taste of seafood come together with the taste of rice & vegetables to form a festival of flavor. It really is a tasty food! I will be interviewing my grandma about Paella.
